New Guy 2015

If you haven't heard, Scott Wheeler won't be able to be with us this year due to a personal scheduling conflict.  David Clemson, who was Scott's "sponsor" quickly filled out the roster spot with a fellow ATF colleague and provided the following bio.

---------------------------------------------------
John Healey will be joining the group for the 2015 Myrtle Beach extravaganza.  John resides in Charlottesville, VA with his wife and 15-year-old son.  Growing up in Indiana, John attended the University of Indianapolis under a baseball scholarship and then attended the University of Richmond for Graduate School and served as a baseball coach.

While he lives in Charlottesville, John isn’t fully committed to being a UVa fan so please remove the prejudice from your mind.  We could tell you his current profession but…well, you will be able to figure that out.  Clemson prepares the financial work for his investigations so we can leave it at that for now.

What does matter and certainly not in question is Johns’ passion for golf!  Whenever Clemson shows up to the Charlottesville office, better believe the office television is tuned to the Golf Channel.  The man-cave in the basement of his house?  Golf theme of course.  Not sure which John enjoys more - golf or spirits.  One thing for sure, he gives his best when it comes to both.

Please help me in welcoming John to the group.  He is very excited and very much looking forward to the trip this year.

Day 1 - Legends Parkland

Day 1, Friday has us on site at the Legends at the Parkland Course.  We will meet at the clubhouse prior to our round for the included lunch.

Parkland was the third course built at the Legend's complex.  In a word, it is a Parkland-style course.  Parkland utilizes the natural terrain with contoured, tree-lined fairways, vast natural areas, deep-faced bunkers and massive, multi-level greens.

The Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday offers this review of the Legends - Parkland.
